Yup,Yankee Gunner is 100% right….I really believe Arsene does not give the team a tactical plan. Even Rodgers has a plan (though it might be wrong a lot)…
I remember when Michael Ballack played for Chelsea and said something to the effect of, “You just wait for Arsenal to extend too far and then run behind them.” He said it in an almost disappointed way….like he could not believe a team could make the same mistake over and over.
